Non-Defective Returned Products
Our customers have the right to return any non-defective product purchased from us up to 30 days after the date of order. A refund will be given providing that the returned product is in a condition which will not prevent it's re-sale. All seals and packaging must be fully intact and there must not be any indication of leakage. Proof of postage will also be required. Due to costs, goods returned after 14 days because they are not required will incur a 30% of purchase price re-stocking fee. Refunds can only be made in the same medium as used for purchase and can take upto 28 days.
Faulty products must be returned to us within 2 days of any fault becoming apparent. You should provide a sample which has caused you to believe the product is faulty, please return this with the product. All faulty products are replaced or you are refunded.
Damaged and Incorrect Deliveries
Damaged products or products which have been incorrectly dispatched must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. Please note, if a customer receives an incorrect product and it's packaging has been opened then it becomes non saleable. In situations such as this, we can't be held responsible and we will not refund or replace free of charge.
